Brazilian Room Wedding | Berkeley | Pam and Ryan

When Pam and Ryan emailed me form the East Coast telling me they were getting married at the Brazilian Room in Berkeley, I was delighted. For two reasons! One was because over 80 percent of my couples this year have been from the East Coast and having destination weddings in California. Out of all the amazing photographers in California and San Francisco alone I was completely Â honored that they Â decided I was the one to capture their love story and two because I LOVE the Brazilian Room. This venue is in fact the very same venue Adam and I got married at 3 years and 4 months ago. Â (but who’s counting?) And getting invited back Â to share someones else’s love story at a venue that is so dear to me is one of the best feelings in the world. Congratulations Pam and Ryan! The Brazilian Room is stunning from it’s cottage style building, high ceiling, hardwood floor and that lovely fire place that makes this building so warm and cozy. Just a wonderful place to get married and have a celebration.

Pam and Ryan lived on the East Coast, so the train is a major part of their lives. Having this subway grooms cake by Inciting CreationsÂ was perfect!

If you know anything about Berkeley and Tilden Park, you know that if can go from sunny to foggy in about 60 seconds. However the fog that rolled in today added such a beautiful touch to their photos. Very majestic indeed.
