Georgia and Colin wanted to have a super-relaxed and very natural engagement session. We went to the Botanical Gardens in San Francisco. I have never been there before and was amazed at how huge the place is… and gorgeous! They wanted their engagement photos really natural with very little posing. Just really organic.  I’m a lifestyle photographer, so I document what’s happening as well as set up natural looking poses. When it comes to portrait time, I like to step in and create a visually appealing scene.  I set something up, let you get comfortable with it and make it your own, then step back snap a few shots. When we got to Baker Beach, Georgia and Colin got into their groove and wanted to just play and have fun. I captured their moment and suggested a few things as they went along to get some good looking photos. Mission accomplished! We got some amazing shots that are truly them!
Greeted with a big bear hug , smiles and laughs I knew I would love Erica and Jordan. They are so fun and like to be silly in front of my camera. We marched around the Embarcadero and Telegraph Hill in San Francisco getting to know each other and taking lots of fun photos. They were up for anything and really excited to be in the area. They love the city. The perfect place to have their e-session

Lillian and Sean had a beautiful and classy wedding on a small Manor in Angwin. If you’re like me and haven’t heard of this town before, its a small town North of Napa. The manor is owned by a man who rents his home out to couples looking for a venue. It’s perfect. The hedges were perfectly trimmed with colorful flowers all around the property. The grass was the prettiest shade of green and the trees had lanterns hanging from them around the walkways. I couldn’t have imagined a spot more in tune with Lillian and Sean. It was like it was made for them.  The majority of their guests had flown in from New York.  They were embraced with love from across the country. I really adore Lillian and Sean. They are fun, sweet and oh so easy in front of my camera. LOVE! I loved the back of Lillians dress. Modern and classy.Â
I LOVE this photo. Â One of my favorites.

you have certainly captured their day beautifully
On August 6th 2011, Adam and I arrived at the Latter-Day Saints Temple in Oakland. Â As we waited outside the doors of the temple, we looked around while photographers and other family members were all waiting for the same thing; their bride and groom to exit the doors as a happily married couple. Only a select few are allowed to be inside the actual temple and watch as couples get married. So Adam and I, Janice and Richard’s closest friends and family waited outside with excitement along with the family and friends of 16 other brides-to-be that day.
The temple is astonishing. Â It’s huge! As a little girl, my family would drive past the temple on the freeway and I remember always thinking it was a castle. It’s not any smaller now than the way I remembered it. On that day it was still is a castle and Janice was the princess that became Richard’s queen.
What a sweet fairytale.
After the portraits at the temple everyone drove to the reception site to watch a ring ceremony be performed for the family and friends that were not able to witness it inside the temple.Â
You can check out their engagement session here.
Rina is stunning, sweet, smart and did I say stunning?  Daniel and Rina had the most gorgeous San Francisco Saint Patrick Church Wedding! We started at the Saint Patrick’s church where they held their ceremony then moved to the beautiful  War Memorial Veterans Building.  Of course I’m the type of girl who loves to let pictures tell a story.  So sit back and scroll down to learn more about Rina and Daniels wedding and the beautiful day they had beginning as two people madly in love and ending as two people madly in love and married!!
Rina was blushing as she came in and was greeted by an amazing mariachi band while friends and  family members chanted besos!!! Rina and Daniel did not disappoint!
What did I say? Stunning right?Â
The War Memorial is right across the street from San Francisco’s city hall. Made for a nice back drop in the court yard.
What a lucky and handsome groom. Â

I’m thinking of having a wedding at both St. Patrick’s Church and The Green Room, but wonder how many people can the room sit comfortably with a dance floor? Lovely photos and so happy for the couple!
